The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University

Founded in 1926, formerly known as Southeast Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Southeast Medical College, it was relocated to Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province in 1949 and to Hefei City in 1952. In 1993, it became one of the first Class A tertiary hospitals under the Ministry of Health. The hospital has now grown into a large comprehensive teaching hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation, and first aid. It is a national health emergency medical mobile rescue center and an emergency medical treatment base in Anhui Province.

In the construction project of the new and old smart operating rooms in the South Campus, Zhilai Medical, as a manufacturer and implementer of operating room behavior management products, participated in this project to help promote the informationization construction of the smart operating rooms in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.

The operating room has strict requirements for personnel entry and exit to ensure the safety and sterile environment of the surgical process. Through the intelligent admission system, precise management of operating room personnel has been achieved. The system utilizes advanced technologies such as facial recognition and card swiping to recognize and record the identity information and entry and exit time of medical staff in real time, ensuring that only personnel with corresponding permissions can enter the operating room. This measure not only strengthens the safety management of the operating room, but also improves the accuracy and efficiency of daily attendance.

The distribution and recycling of surgical gowns and shoes is an indispensable part of daily management in the operating room. In order to improve management efficiency, intelligent clothing, shoe and recycling systems have been introduced. The system intelligently recognizes the identity of medical staff, automatically matches and distributes corresponding surgical gowns and shoes, and records usage. Once the number of surgical gowns and shoes falls below the set threshold, the system will automatically remind staff to replenish them in a timely manner to ensure that the supplies in the operating room are sufficient and orderly. This closed-loop management model not only improves the operational efficiency of the operating room, but also effectively avoids the risk of cross infection.

In terms of behavior management in the operating room, various data are fully utilized to achieve real-time monitoring and visual display of operating room data. The big data screen can display key information such as real-time usage of surgical gowns and shoes, personnel entry and exit records, and operating room usage status. Through data analysis, management personnel can promptly identify potential issues, optimize operating room management processes, and improve the operational efficiency of the operating room. At the same time, the big data screen can automatically record and remind personnel who have not followed the process, ensuring that every detail of operating room management is effectively monitored and corrected.
